Teen Think Tank Project Hosts Annual Policy Framework Launch Party

Teen Zoom Meeting

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Asbury Park, August 2, 2023 – The Teen Think Tank Project has announced that it will host its annual Policy Framework Launch Party this month. The virtual event will feature two live webinars. The August 22 event will showcase teen change agents discussing health equity issues, while the August 23rd event will highlight the work of teen researchers exploring poverty reduction strategies in America.

Over the past 12 weeks, high-potential high school students from across the United States and Canada worked alongside advocates, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to understand the social, economic, and legal impediments preventing America from implementing effective strategies to address the social issues these teens will inherit. This year’s event promises to be the biggest and best yet! Attendees will enjoy a variety of presentations showcasing the innovative ideas and solutions developed by these young thinkers.

“The hard work and dedication our teen change agents have put into this project is awe-inspiring,” said Teen Think Tank Co-Founder Matt DeSantis. “Their fresh perspectives and innovative ideas have the power to make real change in our world. We can’t wait to reveal what they come up with next!”

The Policy Framework Launch Party is a unique opportunity for these teens to showcase their ideas and connect with like-minded individuals. It’s a chance for them to make their voices heard and to work towards a better future for all.

If you are interested in attending this year’s event, mark your calendar! The Health Equity Research Cohort will present its policy framework on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, while the Financial Security Research Cohort will present its framework on Wednesday, August 23. Both events will run from 7 pm – 8:30 pm ET. The event is free; everyone is welcome, but you’ll need to register. For more information, please visit: https://linktr.ee/teenthinktankproject
